Zerone Co., Ltd. is a garment manufactory in Beijing City founded in 1997. We specialize in garment export and have established long-term direct business relationships with customers all around the world, including the United States, Russia, Europe countries and the Middle East countries. To meet market demands and current trading trends, we are always actively adjusting our company structure. In 2003, our garment factory was established in Pinggu District of Beijing. Now, our company is composed of three departments - development, merchandising and manufacture. We are proud of our quickly response, excellent quality, competitive prices, convenient sourcing, on-time delivery, as well as superb customer service.

I. Fabric office
Our fabric office is located in Shanghai, very nearby Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, which are famous for their textile industry. There are a total of 9 employees in the office, for fabric developing, sourcing and quality controlling. All of them are very experienced and can help us get the latest market information immediately.

II. Merchandising office
Our merchandising office is located in Beijing City, composed of A/C (spell this out), merchandising, shipping, trim, technique, QC department and sample room, with a total of 20 employees. Merchandising office is the fulcrum of our company and they handle all enquiries and orders from our customers and ascertain the provision of superb products and services to all customers.

Software systems used: Gerber & Optitex system for technicians and Net-garment ERP system for merchandisers. Total sales quantity is over 1,100,000pcs per year.

III. Garment factory
Our factory is located in Pinggu District in Beijing. Total factory area is 13,000 square meters. We have 500 employees currently. Our monthly output is about 70,000 to 100,000pcs. We also have many advanced and special equipment for CAM.
